By achieving the Standard, you have proved that you have a solid foundation for further growth and development. You will already be reaping the many advantages that come with accreditation and to ensure you continue to benefit from these over the long term, your organisation must be reviewed at least once every three years.
Review Options
If you would like more involvement and ownership of your post–accreditation review, you may wish to consider Internal Review. Additional review options include Rolling Review and Annual Review. See the left hand menu for more details of these assessment options.
We also offer a programme of Investors in People workshops and one to one surgery sessions with an experienced business consultant, which may be of benefit when preparing for your next review.
