Advanced Recognition
There are those organisations whose people management, leadership and staff development practices go beyond the minimum requirements of Investors in People - who excel in one or more areas covered by the core Standard and who are doing things that are not even required for Investors in People Recognition. For these organisations, Advanced Recognition options provide the route to celebrating that achievement, through attainment of Bronze, Silver or Gold Investors in People status.
