CQL has launched the Investors in People Special Achievement Awards, to celebrate and reward the outstanding efforts of those London organisations who are continually promoting Investors in People and sharing good practice.
There will be 3 Awards: Outstanding Organisation, Outstanding Individual and Outstanding Internal Reviewer or Review Team.
Outstanding Organisation
Achievements could include hosting events, promoting to business partners / clients or sectors, contributing to the development of the Standard, speaking at events, networking or contributing as a panel member or employer representative.Outstanding Individual
The winner of this award may have devised innovative or creative ways of promoting the Standard within their own organisation or externally, or have raised the profile of Investors in People and engaged top managers and staff with the Standard as a business improvement tool.Outstanding Internal Reviewer or Review Team
This award will recognise the Internal Reviewer / Team that has made a particularly valuable contribution, resulting in valuable feedback or suggestions for improvement that have had a business impact.Nominations for the above awards will be welcomed from Organisations, Investors in People Assessors and Advisers, Employer Representativess and Staff. Self nominations are accepted.
