Companies in London and the South East that are looking to expand over the next 12 months are being invited to take part in a new Fast-Track Business Growth Programme.
The programme is open to decision-makers at organisations with between 10 and 250 employees. It aims to bring together groups of between eight and 12 people from different companies who will share ideas and support each other throughout the programme.
A free initial staff survey, determining where changes can be made to improve performance, efficiency, productivity, employee engagement and effectiveness, will form the basis of a report which will be reviewed with a Fast-Track Business Growth Programme Director and will determine whether or not the programme is appropriate for the organisation.

Should the business decide to go ahead with the Fast-Track Growth Programme, an action plan will be agreed and one-to-one coaching with the Programme Director will begin. Throughout the 12 month programme, several ‘Mastermind meetings’ will take place which will allow all the organisations working with the Programme Director to discuss business issues, share experiences and support each other to achieve their goals.
A government grant of £1,000 is available for eligible companies to put towards the annual £2,600 +VAT cost of the programme.
John Telfer continued: “Towards the end of the year staff will be asked for their views again to see how the organisation has improved. For an investment of as little as £135 a month, this is a great opportunity for companies that are serious about growth.”
